To say this wedding was emotional is an understatement. Rachel and I grew up together in upstate New York and our families are best friends. Though different members of our families have lived in different states and countries over the past few years, these friends are family to us, and we can always pick up right where we left off. When the bride’s father passed away unexpectedly earlier this year, our whole world shattered. Yet I watched them cling to Jesus, and Rachel’s wedding was a beautiful tribute to her dad. Being both bridesmaid and photographer for Rachel was one of the greatest honors I have been given, and we will never forget this day. While I cannot share all the photos with you, I can give you this small highlight of Josh and Rachel’s intimate wedding at Claytor Lake State Park in Dublin, Virginia.
